Honorary membership cannot be applied for directly — it is conferred by resolution of the Executive Committee.
Eligibility
Who Can Apply
Membership is open to individuals who meet the Society's eligibility requirements, as set out in its Memorandum, Bye-laws, Rules and Regulations.
Minimum Age of 21 Years
Applicants must be at least 21 years old at the time of application.
Support for the Society's Aims
Applicants must genuinely support the objectives and mission of Scholar Welfare Society.
Agreement to Bye-laws
Willingness to follow the Society's Memorandum, Bye-laws, Rules and Regulations as they stand.
Correct Information & Fee Payment
Accurate identity, address and contact details, along with payment of the applicable membership fee. Other conditions in the official membership rules may also apply.

Executive Committee Scrutiny
The Executive Committee reviews your application against the Society's rules.
Approval / Rejection
You'll be informed of the Committee's decision.
Membership Effective
Membership becomes effective only after approval.
Your membership application will be reviewed by the Executive Committee.
